We try hard to get things right. When we don't, we fix it openly. This page lists significant corrections to articles on Broadband Provider.

What goes in this log: errors of fact that could have affected a reader's decision, such as a wrong price, speed, contract term, eligibility rule or claim about a provider. Typos and routine price refreshes are fixed without a log entry.

What we don't do: we don't change a score or ranking because a provider asked us to.
