Your deal

Apply mid-contract price hike

Since 2024, most UK providers hike prices by CPI + 3.9% every April. We apply that compounded to your standard monthly at the start of each new contract year.

Total annual hike: 7.9%

Why this matters

Providers advertise the cheapest first-year monthly, not what you'll actually pay. A £24.99 headline deal with a £9.99 setup fee and a CPI + 3.9% hike in April can work out at nearly £700 over 24 months, before any gift value comes off. We show you that number up front so you can compare like for like.

Our assumption of CPI + 3.9% mirrors what BT, EE, Plusnet, TalkTalk and Vodafone apply. Rivals like Sky, NOW and community FTTP providers may fix prices, turn the hike toggle off to model those.
